REDA GUESSOUS – MRICS | VALUATION & CONSULTING DEPARTMENT
Before joining Cap Realty, Reda began his career as real estate consultant for the companies Accenture and CB Richard Ellis in France then in Morocco. Reda has also worked for Bouygues Construction and Colas as manager in charge of supervision of subcontractors and constructions. Reda took part in various missions both technical and financial in the residential, hospitality, office, industrial and retail sectors. Among his technical skills: real estate advisory, feasibility studies, optimum product definition, commercialization, property valuations, construction costs, environment, building surveying and urbanism. Main clients: Emaar Morocco, Gulf Holding Company, Amundi, Sama Dubai, Actif Invest, Onapar, Caixa Bank, Euler Hermes, Attijariwafabank, Alliances, Invervante, Credit Agricole, BCG, ….

SONIA BOUALLAGA - VALUATION DEPARTMENT
Sonia started her career at Deloitte. Then she joined Cap Realty as a valuer where she used to provide comprehensive valuation, appraisal and due diligence advice to a wide range of clients. Sonia has gathered a large knowledge of all real estate mechanisms and she is able to operate in all types of assets. Among her technical skills: real estate appraisal, market research, site analysis, cadastre and topography, optimum product definition, supply analysis, demand forecast and construction costs.
Sonia received a Master 2 degree at the International University of Rabat (IUR)- Finance & Applied Economy. Specialty Accounting, control & auditing.

Ismaïl started his career at Jones Lang Lasalle’s major accounts department in Paris. Then he joined the company DTZ Eurexi as a valuer where he used to provide comprehensive valuation, appraisal and due diligence advice to a wide range of clients. Ismaïl has gathered a large knowledge of all real estate mechanisms and he is able to operate in all types of assets. Among his technical skills: real estate appraisal, market research, site analysis, cadastre and topography, optimum product definition, supply analysis, demand forecast and construction costs.
HIBA KHOULLAK - ADVISORY DEPARTMENT
After a master's degree at ESCA School of Management, Hiba began her career as auditor in an advisory firm before joining Cap Realty as a consultant. She has currently the opportunity to work in both advisory real estate services and property valuations where she performs several market studies across the country. She has a good sense of project management as well as a thorough knowledge of real estate mechanisms. Main clients: Attijariwafa Bank, CIH, Addoha, CGI, CDG, Sika, Saham, Alliances, Al Barid Bank, Ametys, CMR, Emaar, Eagle Hills, etc.
Hiba is graduated from ESCA School of management and « IAE Poitiers ».

ABLA SABER | BROKERAGE & CENTRAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
Abla began her career as consultant at Chorus Consulting Hospitality and Leisure, group specialized in assisting investors in the real estate tourism industry. Abla has been in charge of several missions of research & advisory mainly in the area of residential and touristic sectors. Abla has large managerial and organizational processes skills. Among her technical skills: market research, macro-economic studies, supply analysis, real estate assessment.
Abla is graduated in Marketing and Communication from HEM University.
